Uppercrusts has been established near Cambridge for over 28 years producing top quality corporate catering, in house catering and manufacturing our own delicious cakes and tray bakes.

We can cater for your business breakfast, business lunch and other coporate catering requirements in and around Cambridge from our kitchens in Waterbeach.

We employ dedicated local staff all trained in food handling, preparation and storage and where possible use locally sourced and the freshest ingredients.

All prices quoted are subject to 20% VAT Minimum order of £30.00 before VAT.

Uppercrusts sandwich platter

The ever popular traditional working lunch with a selection of sandwiches using favourite sandwich fillings e.g. egg mayonnaise with cress, dolphin friendly tuna, best gammon ham, mature cheddar, chicken mayonnaise, blt, etc.

We allow 1.5 rounds per person, using thick sliced malted brown and white bread all attractively arranged on a smart disposable platter.

Giving your colleagues or guests a more varied choice, here we provide a sandwich selection (allowing 1 round per person) along with 1 mini bridge roll and a small tortilla wrap

Uppercrusts fork buffets

Impress your colleagues or guests with our deluxe fork buffets. We provide a huge choice of cold platters consisting of popular items such as:

Local roasted gammon ham
Sliced turkey breast
Coronation chicken (chicken breast in a lightly spiced mayonnaise with apricots and almonds)
Our own homemade quiches and cold cutting pies
Fillet of salmon
Cheese platters

All served with a delicious selection of freshly produced salads & a basket of bread rolls.

Lots of desserts available including our own famous lemon meringue pie and iced apple tart.

China, staff, linen etc available if required.

Breakfast meetings

A bacon roll, buttered and filled with two hot rashers of back bacon or a local sausage for just £1.50 or a larger bap buttered and filled with two rashers of bacon and a local sausage for £2.50

These are foiled, accompanied by ketchup and brown sauce sachets and delivered to your door. (minimum order of 10 rolls)

Our continental breakfast, consisting of a croissant, butter pack, selection of individual jams and a delicious Danish pastry just £3.50 per head

Fresh filter coffee and tea selection with milk and sugar £1.95 per head

( all breakfast orders must be received by 11am the previous working day)
